F&B Industry Panel Discussion

For our January Talk Session, we covered the vibrant F&B sector in Singapore! Meet the 4 entrepreneurs who kindly took their time off for this session – John Chen from Aloha Poke Guy Wachs from Wild Honey – All Day Breakfast, Jake Pang from Wafuken and Howard Lo from Standing Sushi Bar.

We were very pleased to have them share their precious insights and recount their struggles and accomplishments in their journeys. Our students found the session to be really engaging and informative, as it sheds light on how the F&B sector now functions when coupled with fast-changing consumers’ preferences.
